The craft beer equipment ZR manufactured mainly are brewhouse system, and vessels including fermenters, bright beer tanks and liquor tanks with the work volume varied from 2BBL to 500BBL. The brewhouse system includes the pilot system and skid mounted system for small batch brewing, two-vessel system from 5BBL to 20BBL applies to brewpub, two-vessel to four-vessel system from 20BBL to 50BBL applies to production brewery, and semi-automatic or full-automatic brewhouse system above 50BBL applies to micro-brew factory.

The standard configuration of two-vessel brewhouse system includes lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool combined vessel; three-vessel brewhouse system includes mash mixer, lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool combined vessel; four-vessel brewhouse system includes mash mixer, lauter tun, kettle and whirlpool. ZR applies American style brewing process with easy operation and reliable performance, and ZR can also adjust and customize the process, design and configurations to reflect the client’s specific requirements.

ZR can perform turnkey service for the project in China, and provide the guide service for the brewhouse process piping installation for the project overseas.
