Full function steam heated CIP system in a skid with controlling, piping, wiring and frame base; electrical heated system is available as option.

Watertight ABS or S.S. control panel featured with power switch, and 2 temperature controllers to set and control the temperature of 2 heated tanks by steam heating coils, and 1 temperature controller to display the temperature for 1 non-heated tank; the electrical contactor and protector are fitted inside of the control panel, and a power cable for the client to connect with site power socket for power supply. All internal wiring included, such like the wiring from the supply pump to VFD; and from VFD, thermowell and solenoid valve to control panel.

S.S. washdown duty centrifugal CIP supply pump, 25HZ~60HZ frequency variable motor for wide range of flow rate and head application.

IP65 high level of protection VFD controls the turning speed of pump motor, to achieve the best CIP result with proper jet intensity.

Stationary CIP system typical features:

2 holding tanks for caustic alkali and hot water with steam heated internal coil;

1 holding tank for acid liquor without heating coil;

All 3 tanks are insulated for heat preservation;

CIP supply pump and valves pre-mounted;

Single point supply and single point return;

Manual neutralization before discharging;

All butterfly valves, ball valves, solenoid valves, globe valves, steam strainer and steam trap are included;

All themowells and temperature controllers are included.

This CIP station structure is S.S. 304 constructed throughout; and all wetted parts are made by S.S. 316, including the vessel inner shell, vessel nozzles, caustic and acid pipes, pump impeller and flow-through parts, to achieve the long service life.

All power equipment and control device are compatible with international recognized standards.
