S.S. 304 constructed throughout;
Standard volume is 70 US gallon, could be customized to client required volume;
Hops back could be used as a hops filter and a hops doser; it could be used in brewhouse or cellars shop for both functions; and could be fixed in rigid piping or movable with wheels.
While used in cellars shop, it is a pressure vessel and standard working pressure is 14.5PSI (1bar). PVRV, back-pressure device and sight glass to observe the fluid status are equipped for pressured hops back.
The false bottom is combined by several pieces of CNC machined sieves, could be taken out to clean completely, and the sieves are heavy-duty designed for long service life.
ZR pressured hops back can be made according to PED, ASME and AS1210 standard and with respective certificate. Certifying expense is extra.
Non-wheeled tank is placed in a mild steel cradle for shipping.
