IN-SKID BREWHOUSE

In-skid brewhouse is a full function brewhouse mounted on a stainless steel skid,its dimensions are optimized to fit the standard container to save the freight,also eliminate the brewhouse piping installation on client site.It’s designed for the limited brewing space,which is suitable for start-up small taproom,or for small quantity beer producing.
The working volume of in-skid brewhouse is 3HL,4HL and 5HL,and all are standard designed by ZR.
The reference overall dimensions for 3HL in-skid brewhouse is 2600mm x 1140mm x 1948mm(102”x 45”x 77”,L x W x H,subject to change without notice.)
Standard configuration for in-skid brewhosue system includes 2 brewhouse vessels:lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool combined vessel,and S.S.sanitary piping and control system.
lauter tun typical features:top glass manway for grain inlet and maintenance,24V DC LED waterproof light on the top,CIP spray ball,top sparging system,milling false bottom,thermowell,wort recycle with adjustable vorlauf arm,wort level sight tube,rectangular side manway for spent grain-out,removable grain-out slide guard,wort out collector.
Kettle/whirlpool combined vessel typical features:top glass manway,24V DC LED waterproof light on the top,CIP spray ball,vapor vent port on the top,tangential whirling port,side and bottom steam jackets heating,thermowell,upper and lower wort out ports on hollow dish bottom,wort level sight tube.Vapor condenser with sparing nozzles is included.
Piping system includes all internal connected pipes for the brewhouse,i.e.:wort piping,sparging piping and CIP piping;also includes the necessary functional assemblies,such like liquor blending system with flow meter,and wort aeration with sterile air filter;and the auxiliary equipment,such like wort pump and heat exchanger;and all fitting,valves and devices in the pipes.Brewhouse pipes material is 304 sanitary stainless steel.
Manual control system includes the control panel,VFD,RTD and wiring.The control panel is in a sturdy and watertight stainless steel cabinet,comes complete with below functions:

Temperature display for lauter tun;
Temperature display for kettle,and manual/automatic temperature controlling the steam jacket heating via solenoid valve(solenoid valve and steam piping excluded);
Temperature display for hot liquor tank*,manual/automatic temperature controlling the steam jacket heating via solenoid valve(solenoid valve and steam piping excluded);
Temperature display for cold liquor tank*,and manual/automatic temperature controlling the glycol jacket cooling via solenoid valve;
Cold liquor pump*on/off switch;
Hot liquor pump*on/off switch;
Wort pump on/off switch and controlled by VFD for pump speed;
Emergency stop button.

(*note:cold liquor tank,hot liquor tank and glycol tank with each pump are in another skid,details please refer to liquor ang glycol tanks in skid,the function related to liquors can be deleted from the brewhouse control panel as per client’s request.)

Other equipment in skid:
There’re other 2 skids for option:unitanks in skid and liquor and glycol tank in skid.Unitank-skid includes 3 of 2bar working pressure unitanks with control panel and all valves and fitting equipped in a skid,liquors and glycol-skid includes 1 of cold liquor tank,1 of hot liquor tank,and 1 of glycol tank and 3 pumps and all valves and fitting equipped in a skid.The brewhouse skid,unitank skid and liquors and glycol tank skid constitute a whole brewing system,while connected with the outside utilities(steam,electricity,glycol,water,etc.)it’s the full function small brewery.
For 3HL in-skid system,1 of 20”standard container(1x20GP)can load 1 of brewhouse-skid,d,2 of unitank-skids,and 1 of liquor and glycol tank-skid.
