YEAST BRINK/PROPAGATON VESSEL

ZR yeast brink/propagation standard volume is ranged from 1.5HL to 5HL, could be customized to client required volume; Vessel working pressure mostly is in the range of 14.5 PSI (1 BAR) to 29 PSI (2 BAR). Glycol jacket working pressure is 29 PSI (2 BAR).

ZR yeast tank can be made according to PED, ASME and AS1210 standard and with respective certificate. Certifying expense is extra.

ZR yeast tank typical features:

All materials for the tank are 304 stainless steel;

Formed and polished dish head;

Spinning cone bottom at 60 degrees, can be tailored for other cone degree to meet the volume and height requirement;

Dimple jackets on the straight side and the cone bottom;

80mm PU foam insulation for side and bottom;

Cladding for the insulation on side and bottom;

Shell finish is 2B surface;

Cladding finish is bright brushed surface;

Interior weld finish as stain removed, polished on a regular margin and acid cleaned;

Exterior weld finish as stain removed and brightened on a regular margin;

Shell material thickness starts from 3mm (steel plant nominated thickness);

Jacket material thickness is 2mm (steel plant nominated thickness);

Minimum additional head space 30%;

Legs stand on adjustable footpads for self-balance.

All valves and fittings are included, detail as:

Top: PVRV, CIP spray ball on 1.5” CIP tube, top round pressure manway, mixer port (mixer excluded);

Side: thermo-well, sample valve, CIP end piece (including pressure gauge, ball valve and air quick disconnector), 1.5” T/C recirculation port, carbonation assembly (including SS 316 carbonation stone with extended stick, ball valve, check valve and air quick disconnector);

Cone: 1.5" butterfly valve for drain pipe, 1.5" butterfly valve for racking arm, 1.5” T/C aeration port.

Tank is placed in a mild steel cradle for shipping.
