Microbreweries using the yeast from their own storage and propagation, could reduce the use of outsourced dry yeast, greatly reduce the cost of yeast use, and could cultivate their own special yeast, produce special flavored beer. The biggest problem for the micro yeast propagation tank is how to resolve both hot and cold working conditions for a same tank, and the aseptic design and automatic cleaning of the mixer interface. ZR has solved the above problems through the use of unique technology of jacket material and design, and adopted  LIGHTIN aseptic mixer, T/C connected with the tank.

10BBL stackable BBT is modular-designed vertical tank, max. 4 tanks stacked, and any tank can shift each stacking position; such design takes the full usage of the space height, and could be expanded at will. These stackable BBTs tanks have also passed the strict certification and registration process under Australia's AS1210 code and manufacturing inspection.

A batch of 4HL yeast propagation tank and 10BBL stackable BBTs were picked up on July 20, 2020 and shipped to Australia.
