This 1.5HL pilot brewhouse is customized and designed for specialty beer brewing and small quantity trial for mainstream beer before volume production. Based on the site conditions, the 3D precise design of the tank and pipeline makes full use of the original small scattered space in the brewery and maximizes the optimization of pipeline layout to facilitate brew operation. System includes mash/lauter tun, kettle/whirlpool, brewhouse piping and control panel. The pipe couplings and supports have all been prefabricated in ZR shop for all utilities on project site, such as filtration water, hot water, steam, etc., which greatly reduces the on-site construction time.
This pilot system was designed, manufactured and installed by ZR and was successfully delivered to the customer in Shanghai on September 26, 2019 in the turnkey project manner.
